Time to move on...

About ten minutes ago, my father shot my pet dog Cassie, who has been my faithful companion for fourteen human years. I named her and I loved my dog... But she was old and sick and kept having epileptic fits... Tonight she couldn't stop and my dad bit the bullet so to speak and my brother got the rifle out of the cupboard.
Minutes earlier Talena's boyfriend Michael told me "its alright give her a hug and a kiss"... I was out there in the yard with my dog as she struggled to breathe and then my dad came out with the gun and I couldn't deal so I walked away and didn't look back. I covered my ears and went inside, past my brother who was staring depressedly at the ground in his bedroom. I came upstairs and sat down here, put the headphones on and started the music so I didn't have to hear the click of the gun. 'Tears in Heaven' - Eric Clapton was the song I was listening to when I heard the faint bang... I kinda needed to tell someone so hope you don't mind Talena, but I told Michael what happened and lol he changed the subject after 'are u alright?' and weirdly that helped. Took my mind off her just dying, so thanks to Michael...
Now I'm putting this picture on here as a rememberance kinda thing, and listening to CKY's 'Behind the Screams' on repeat... Which is stupidly making me cry but I love this song so much and now it's going to be forever a reminder of my little dog... CRAP.

What a way to end my last day of high school ever. Never going to see half those people again, almost died in a distressing carwreck this afternoon and then after hanging out at the beach with my best friends, my dog of 14 years is shot less then 100 metres from me...
